What makes the Constitution so powerful?

The Constitution at article III, identifies the Court where the Judicial power is vested. The whole separation of power is the amazing core of the document that again, gives each *INDIVIDUAL* the power equal to the other branches of government “, ie, the Legislative, the the Executive and their *AGENCIES*.
The law of agency creates the court in fact when the agent meets the third party. This means that when someone approaches another claiming to represent a third party, if the third party does not agree with the agents allegations, then a “Court” has arisen. The issue shall be adjudicated by the Constitutional requirements ONLY IN THE CASES WHERE THE THIRD PARTY KNOWS HOW TO PROCEED BY THE CONSTITUTION, other wise, the “court” will proceed by state or federal law.
What you may not know is the reason the agents always go by federal and state laws. It’s because they have *NO IDEA* how the Constitution works.
Now to adjudicate the Constitution, we have *ADMINISTRATIVE* law. Where the agency gives a hearing, and grants a remedy by privilege not right…. although it’s almost mandated or can be that the privilege be granted…. if it is in fact a right.
The Exhaustion doctrine requires the administrative remedy be exhausted before a court of law will take jurisdiction. The Administrative Court is a Court in Equity, although administered within the framework of the Constitution.
I look at Commercial Law or Roman Style as the law that rules over the earth. This style dominated until the Constitution was adopted as the “supreme law of the land”. The Constitution gave the Judicial Power, or Third Branch, jurisdiction over ALL CASES LAW AND EQUITY.

CONSTITUTIONALLY CORRECT

We exercise Judicial Power in the Court to protect our Rights. Rights are protected through a process that is personal and self activated. Activating these specific rights requires a knowledge and understanding of Law, and the process, rules, and customs of the Court.
Statutory courts, or federal courts, use a different type of English, a type of “legalese” or interpretive English. This takes time and study to learn. Along with some rules of court and legal process, any individual will be able to personally stand in court and defend or redress any violation of their rights.
The Constitution is the “tool” or “shield” that defends Rights by requiring a “proper” Warrant and a “fair” trial. When you know the process and the requirements that the agents failed to follow, you have a lot better chance of avoiding and exposing the prosecutions insufficient paperwork.
The Judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court….
*What is a court?*
The Judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity….
*What is Equity? What is Law?*
Lets start with Law.
**1. THE CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND**
This is our number one presumption. This statement shows that the Constitution is supreme to all state, federal and corporate (international) laws.
We must establish in our minds and understanding that the Constitution is supreme to any law in this Country, and that the Constitution *IS* the government of this land.
The parts of the Constitution used to protect the rights (free action) of each individual are *Article III* and the *Bill of Rights*.
Next time we’ll talk about *Judicial Power*…

Understanding Sovereignty

Political Power can be exercised by voting for representatives to take up space in the legislative or executive branches of government, however it may also be established by personal action taken through the Judicial branch of government by conducting the “One Supreme Court”. This is done by exercising sovereignty or controlling the “due process” and “equal protection of the laws” guaranteed by the Constitution.

Freedom, Liberty, and Responsibility

Freedom and Liberty are PERSONAL attributes. They are defended by the Individual through the exercise of Judicial Power in the Court. This means that every interaction between you and any government agent is by one of two process. Either you proceed by Roman statutory or English common law. Welcome to life and the court….

To Talk or Not to Talk?

The Constitutional government gives you the right to free speech, to talk freely, to defend your right to talk or defend any other free action. The words you speak show you are “exercising” your right to defend yourself. No words, no defense!
The corporate government gives you the right to NOT talk, the right to remain silent.
“The right to remain silent is the right to NOT talk or NOT take action or NOT defend your right.
By exercising the right to NOT take action, you are in fact “waiving” your right to talk.
Remaining silent, or “waiving” your right to talk or defend, gives rise to the ASSUMPTION that because you are not defending, you are agreeing that the charges are true, otherwise you would have defended or exercised your right to defend.
The constitution is the defense or restraining order on all government, by requiring a warrant or order to search or seize.
You must talk to get the agents and get them to recognize your constitutional right, guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment, and have them respect that right.

It's All About Court

The reason why it is so important to understand what a court is, is because the judicial power is exercised in the One Supreme Court! This court is the Article III Court of the U.S. Constitution, and can be called to order at any time by the Chief Justice.
Blacks Law dictionary defines a court as, “The person and suit of the sovereign; the place the sovereign sojourns with his regal retinue, wherever that may be”.
This means that each one of us (the sovereign) has the Power to exercise the court, in fact, wherever we are. This Power (judicial power) is exercised in the court for the protection of a right. The fundamental purpose of government and its creation is to protect the individual’s right to freedom.

Broken System

Is the legal system in America broken? If you feel it is, then you may be on a quest to find out where the break is. Why it is broken can be a timeless investigation into numerous conspiracy theories, however, the why and the where may have a connection that can be found in examining your own relationship to the American Legal System.

Our laws are composed of a Constitution, Statutes, and Case Law. These “written laws” make up the bulwark of conclusions that are used in the Court system to generate judgments and orders. The laws are quoted in various legal maneuvers known as motions, petitions, requests, arguments, etc. These maneuvers are also known as “Court Procedures”.

As it turns out, the “laws” also guarantee each person access to the procedures of the Court. This right to the process, guaranteed by the 5th and 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is what allows a person to go to the Court, present a reasonable argument, subpoena witnesses and obtain a judgment, order, or decree. This is called “due process”.

Welcome to Power Politics

In 1997 we started this site, along with the Equity Center, in an effort to help people learn about the legal process so they could help themselves solve the problems they were running into in the Courts.

Well, we found that most people don’t care, and of those who do, very few are willing to put in the time and energy to understand how to wield the Judicial Power of the Constitution as envisioned by some of the forefathers of this great nation.

So, if you want to put forth the effort, get technical, read a lot, study, and learn to assert and defend your rights, then you can begin your journey to Sovereignty by learning about the three Powers that were established and delegated by the Constitution.

Some may think there is another way that would be easier, like hiring an attorney. If you haven’t already experienced this phenomenon, it shouldn’t take you long to figure this one out. Just about the time you run out of money, it dawns on you, these guys are sharks.

Others might think they can use “canned” answers that are devised by “experts”, and somehow the judge or magistrate will do the “right thing” and rule in their favor…this is wishful thinking.

Gaining knowledge is what gives people power and takes away the fears that have been instilled by attorneys, the media, and public schools. If you want to become empowered, then you must take the action necessary to achieve your remedies that have been hidden.

The Equity Center reveals the true method of the justice system and how each person can achieve due process. Simple procedural information can help save time and money, as well as promote a greater understanding that leads to peace of mind.

Liberty is a battle. The price is eternal vigilance. No one can do it FOR you! It’s time to learn a new game of Politics; Welcome to your new Political Power.
