    It’s up to you! Are you under the jurisdiction of the 14th amendment and the U.S. Government agencies or are you A FREE INDIVIDUAL under Article 3 of the constitution? Don’t buy into the presumtion that the 14th amendment subjects you to the jurisdiction of the US- Only US Govenment Agents will presume this for you. Watch this video now to learn more……………….

    I see it! Once I buy into the presumption that their statutory law applies, I’ve given up objecting to personal jurisdiction.
    This is the strongest leg the agent has to stand on! Once I rebut this presuption, their complaint (starting with the warant and supporting affidavit by the agent) is no good. They can’t produce evidence in support of their presumption (which is circumstantial, btw) when I object to their claim to personal jurisdiciton.
