At each point in time sovereignty is either exercised or given up. Its the individuals duty to notice the agent of his/her objection when their free action is challenged by form of complaint.
If you happen to have the time, next time you are pleasantly pulled over, you may want to ask that the agents’ superior to come on out and have your hearing right there on the road side. Ask them if they have any evidence that you are “driving,” if they have a claim against you, and if they have a warrant. You should already know the answers their responses and be prepared to hold your ground. They will lie to you…over and over.
In actuality, a due process hearing will be held in your “one supreme court,” right there on the roadside.
Do you know how to exercise Judicial power? I truly hope so.
Good equity is fairness and justice. Bad equity is the corporate statue applied through our silent consent by the most feared DA. The winner is not letting it go that far. Having a sit down with the DA to discuss the charges before your first court date and having him dismiss the complaint.
Ask yourself if you have a fear of publicly speaking? If so, then your confidence must be built. Examine what you know, you will then realize how little it is that you actually do.
Big respect Zeke! Thank you for shining a light amongst all the dark equity out there.
Public speaking is a fear their “justice system” plays on.
