Robinson's Case
I heard back from my friend Joe Robinson this week… his petition to the U.S. Supreme Court was denied.
Well, we weren’t surprised. However, after 25 years of awareness that the National government has been taken over by the federal government, this showed me that the “supreme court justices”, the ones appointed by the executive power representative, the president, are motivated by other forces than truth and justice.
Many of you may say, well duh, it’s pretty obvious they are totally corrupt and you’ve known for a long time. Others, who know only what they read in the lie sheet (newspapers and t.v.) may say that they do not know for sure or maybe you just didn’t do it right or whatever….. I used to think that was the case for a number of years even after I had personal experiences.
Why am I so sure? Why do I think that the agents of government are corrupt?
Let me briefly explain. Joe’s case really started when the California Third Appellate Court overturned his conviction on the grounds that he was denied his 6th amendment right to the Assistance of Counsel. The Court found that the judges and prosecutors “violated all the rules of fair play” when they proceeded against him while they denied him a lawyer.
Armed with this fact, that his rights were VIOLATED, Joe filed suite in federal court. The answer from the judges and prosecutors was a little muddled at first. After a bit of paperwork, the answer became very clear. We did everything that Joe says we did, BUT WE ARE IMMUNE.
Yes, they admitted everything and claimed immunity. The federal judge, Dale A. Drozd, agreed with the immunity. The ninth circuit agreed, and the supreme court denied a hearing. That is where things stand.
Let’s look at this for what it is. The judges and lawyers (prosecutors) deny Joe (or you) a Constitutional Right, then they admit it, then they say they are not responsible or liable for their violations. I guess in other words there is no rule of law. The judges and lawyers, can violate our rights and there is no remedy for us. Why bother with saying we have rights, if there is no remedy for the person who’s rights were violated?
Being involved in stuff like this for over 25 years now, I have my ideas of how to “properly” defend against government intrusion, but this case has shown me and re-affirmed to me that ALL government agents are corrupt and we are long overdue for a revolution, peaceful or otherwise.
As a side note, I was busted along with Joe for the same 5 felonies and after I had a 20 minute discussion with the judge, as to whether I could defend myself or not, I was allowed to proceed In Propria Persona. After this hearing, I asked the prosecutor what he wanted to do now? He said he couldn’t talk to me because I was the defendant, but that he had to talk to me because I was the “attorney”. I told him that I thought I knew his boss, the District Attorney (he was the assistant). **He said that that would get me off!** We headed up to see the D.A. but he was not in.
Two weeks later, after I did some paperwork and at the end of a heated hearing, the assistant D.A. dismissed against me. I think I was going to be too much of a paperwork problem for them.
